L’Oréal’s Jean-Paul Agon Says ‘Tomorrow’s Beauty Will Be Tech Beauty’

L'Oréal's CEO Jean Paul Agon is at the Viva Technology conference in Paris, speaking about beauty in the digital age.

L’Oréal’s CEO, Jean-Paul Agon, is at the Viva Technology conference in Paris this week, which is May 16th-18th — and spoke about women in tech, and more, in the video below.

 L’Oréal co-chaired the Tech for Good Summit on May 15th. 

Agon says: “…our topic was about the for diversity and inclusion. We took important commitments — one is to bring 30% more women in leadership…the second…to bring 30% more women in tech…the third is to use tech for diversity and inclusion, to increase the power of women and diverse forces in companies. And the fourth is to bring more diversity to our ecosystem, suppliers, partners…”

He continues, “I believe that tomorrow’s beauty will be tech beauty….not only tech beauty, but it’s very important. And at  L’Oréal we have decided to become the pioneers, the champions, and the leaders of this new tech beauty world.”
